My Clubhouse Golf Inc. operates My Clubhouse Golf, a premium indoor golf lounge located in Calgary, Alberta.

4. Simulator Bookings
Simulator bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings may be modified or cancelled according to our booking and cancellation policies.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of the reservation and applicable fees.
5. Memberships
Memberships:

Have no cash value

Cannot be resold

Are subject to membership-specific terms

May be suspended or terminated for misuse or violation of facility rules
Unused credits expire according to the membership purchased.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards:

Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law

Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

May be used toward simulator bookings, food, beverages, merchandise, memberships, and other eligible purchases

Do not expire unless required by applicable law
7. Food & Beverage
Alcohol service is subject to Alberta liquor laws.

Deny entry to any person behaving inappropriately
Outside food or beverages may not be permitted without prior approval.
